Eligibility: Female residents of York, Lancaster, and the Capital Region who are graduating in 2024 from a public or accredited private high school; Applicants must have served as a class officer or held another leadership position in an organized, school or community sponsored activity; GPA of 3.0 or higher maintained through junior year; 20+ hours of community service in the last 12 months
